Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product shows signs of damage or defect upon arrival.

Provide your order number, product details, and a clear photo of the issue.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup and skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
